Order Processing:
- Orders received before 2:30 PM will be processed on the same day.
- Processing is done only on working days, excluding Sundays and holidays.
- Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be processed for shipping.
Shipping:
- We're now delivering across India, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom & Gulf Countries.
- Within India, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.
- For International orders, we deliver within 4-7 business days after shipping.
- Please note that delivery timelines may be affected during weekends and holidays.
- We don't ship to Andaman & Nicobar Islands due to service unavailability from shipping partners.

Partial COD Policy
- Shree Anandhaas offers Partial Cash on Delivery, also referred to as Partial COD, for eligible orders across India.
- Under Partial COD, customers are required to make a partial prepaid payment at the time of placing the order. The remaining order value can be paid at the time of delivery.
Partial COD Prepayment Terms
- For orders up to ₹1,500, 30% of the total order value must be prepaid at the time of order confirmation.
- For orders above ₹1,500, 50% of the total order value must be prepaid at the time of order confirmation.
The prepaid amount collected under Partial COD is non-refundable in case the customer cancels the order at the time of delivery.
Availability
Partial COD is available for eligible customers across India.
However, Partial COD may not be available in certain cases, including but not limited to:
- Customers with a previous history of RTO, or Return to Origin.
- Delivery pincodes identified as high RTO risk.
- Locations where Partial COD is not serviceable due to operational or logistics constraints.
Shree Anandhaas reserves the right to enable, disable, or restrict Partial COD availability based on customer order history, delivery location, pincode-level serviceability, and internal risk checks.
Payment at Delivery
- Once the prepaid amount is paid successfully, the order will be confirmed and processed for dispatch.
- The remaining payable amount must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, as per the payment options supported by the delivery partner.
- Order Cancellation
- If a Partial COD order is cancelled after confirmation, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.
- This non-refundable amount helps cover order processing, preparation, packaging, and logistics-related costs incurred after the order is confirmed.
Right to Modify
Shree Anandhaas reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw the Partial COD option at any time without prior notice.
