Customs Duties & Taxes
- Customs duty and taxes, if any, are charged as per the destination country’s rules.
- The exact amount cannot be confirmed in advance, as it is decided by customs
authorities at the destination during clearance. - DHL and the shipper have no control over customs charges.
Note: In the event of delayed or undelivered shipments, refunds will be issued only for the product cost. Customs duties, taxes, or import charges paid to authorities are non refundable.
Additional Charges
- Remote area delivery charges may apply, depending on the delivery location.
- Address change charges will apply if the delivery address is changed after shipment.
Refused Shipments
- If the recipient refuses delivery, the order will not be eligible for return or refund.
Delivery Time
