Taste of product is good. But packing was not sufficiently good. The plastic cans are cracked/broken. Another issue was the courier. The courier people did not give home delivery. They simply sent an sms to me saying that they have stopped service to my area, so the parcel i is being returned by them to sender.
My question is why did they accept booking parcel to a destination where they do not give service?
I have nothing to do with the courier. I have ordered with you, made payment to you and you have also accepted my order. Naturally it is expected from you that my ordered products are home delivered to me. Simply returning the parcel back to you is not going to serve any purpose to you or me. So, after putting up a lot of efforts, I traced their office and asked them not to return the parcel and that I will collect from them personally. I then engaged an auto by spending Rs 150 and collected the parcel. Tell me please who is responsible for this fiasco ?
This incident has created a negative impression in my mind about your services.
