Good, but could have been much better

While this is very flavourful and in abundance of ghee, the taste of cashew is not distinct. Generally cashew mysore paks are supposed to be very grainy and you should be able to distinctly feel and bite cashew grains in your mouth. So while the mysore pak is good, the cashew element is missing.
